Eggs are sold only per a dozen. They are directly collected from our breeding pens that consist with the best birds we hatched the following year. We do not wash our eggs as washing removes an outer membrane from the egg shell that when taken away allows bacteria and microorganisms to enter into the eggs and can drastically lower hatchability. We do not ship eggs as shipping causes severe damage to the eggs and lowers fertility and hatchability. Eggs are only available for farm pickup or pick up at a local event. Hatching eggs are also very limited as we only offer them after we have obtained our quota of chicks and often times will take apart breeding pens once our quota has been met.
